Fisherman's Tale Fish Replicas

FAQ

Here are the most frequently asked questions regarding what we do:

What is the fish blank made of?

The topcoat is a bond/resin mix with the inner wall of fiberglass and resin. A wood block is placed on the back side or where you request it.

What are the features of the product?

The heads are molded separately then attached to the body. They have full mouth detail and most have a pre-set orbital. The pelvic and pectoral fins must be attached. You receive the blank washed and primed white. There is no flashing to remove and seams are very thin so little time is required to detail. The fins are as thin as an actual fin and made from a semi-flexible polyester resin. Fins can be made rigid on request.

What shipping company is used?

A Canadian company called CanPar carries to parcel to the border then FedEx delivers to the customer.

What method of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard or Money Order.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. The product must be returned within 30 days with no alterations.
